Hello readers, my name is Laura. I am a stay-at-home wife and mother with a passion for cooking. My husband, David, has food sensitivities that include dairy and gluten, plus I have a 3-year-old daughter, Holly, who loves to eat and help me cook. It is my job and priority to make food that Holly, David and I all want to eat, but food that David can eat.
On my blog, I will be posting recipes that I have tried and loved. You’ll be able to see my gluten-free and dairy-free (GF/DF) substitutions and hacks in the food I make for David, as well as any other recipes that Holly and I approve with all the dairy and gluten we want (usually reserved for when David is at work so he doesn’t have to watch us indulge in the things he can’t eat).
